Lordy, it's been a short while. So what's been up? Oh you know, this, that and everything in between. School's been good. Got a 90 on my Ethics midterm and a 75 in English(pretty damn good considering I never read the damn work). Only a few more weeks to go, can't wait to be done!

Work is work. I will probably be switching departments. I told my supervisor how much I hated my position and which one I was interested in. He'll help me get it.

It was my roommates birthday last week. Went out this weekend with friends and the boyfriend. Had a grand 'ol time, got drunk, and danced like crazy. I didn't follow everyone to the afterhour though. I had to work the next morning, and I wasn't in the mood to dance till 8am. And I didn't want to show up to work all sketched out on E and Speed. So I stuck to my friends Vodka and Beer. They're so nice to me.

In other news, M.I.A. just released a new track called XR2 and it's the shit. If y'all wanna listen to it, I uploaded it and it's the little pink square down there with the rest of my music. Getting super fucking psyched for her new album. Talking about new tracks, our dear Gwen Stefani has also released a new track from her upcoming December-release "The Sweet Escape". The track is called Wind It Up. It's...ok. It was Gwen yodelling and samples The Sound Of Music. Not loving it though. Hope the rest of the tracks are better.

Aaaaanyways, I got some cleaning to do. At least I have my laundry and dishes done. And I wanna finish the movie I was watching, which title I won't disclose cuz it's somewhat embarassing. :P I love my cheese.

Woo, just got my new phone, and I'm pumped. It's the Motorola L6, and it's hawt. Got a great deal on eBay.

Seems like today was my eBay day. I also received the webcam I had ordered. It's a piece of shit, but hey, it was only $15. That'll teach me not to buy cheap webcams from Hong Kong. Well, it's ok. But the quality is very...meh. And somewhat blurry. But it looks cute as hell though!

2 classes were cancelled today, so only my 2 hour english class. Did some cleaning and some cooking and online shopping. I've become quite the ebay whore.

Tonight marked the comeback of the new Bachelor. And it was damn good. Quite exciting. My roommates, my friend Cindy and I were completely addicted to The Bachelor: Paris. The new bachelor himself is not as good as Travis, but he'll do. He's a prince! There's arlready some drama. I was really sad he didn't pick Rosella, we really liked her. I'm rooting for Canadian girl Sarah(funny, last season the Canadian girl's name was also Sarah). I also like Desiree and Sadie.

Meh, I'm bored and I feel uninteresting. So I'll leave you at that. Laters!

3 dogs
There was Kayla, she didn't last long though. First dog, and she was nuts. Bought her from the pound. Mix of Lab and Husky, and uncontrolable. She was too much of a hazaard with all the kids around.
Then there was Mozart and he was the best dog ever. Got him from this nice man in a village not far away. Calm and nice to everyone. Unfortunately, he died of cancer. It was so sad, I sobbed like a mofo.
And now there's Chelsea. Given by this woman who was giving a seminar we went to. She's back home with my parents though. I adore her. She used to be really excited all the time, but she's calmer now. She's a mix of German Sheperd and Rotweiller and gorgeous.

6 cats
Timine was our first and she just recently died. Given to my sister for her 6th birthday. We had her for 15 years. She was a complete bitch, but we adored her anyways. Our longest living pet.
Then there was Toby, he was mine. Was roaming around our neighbours house for a long time, and we finally took him in. I loved him so much, the nicest cat you could ever ask for. Had him for 13 years and he died of old age. I was heartbroken and cried like a baby.
And Kitty, the fat one. She was pregnant, super thin and homeless. My mother saw her in front of a store, and was told she'd been there for a while now. She couldn't sleep that night, so drove over and took her in. She became the fattest cat ever! But adorable. She'd follow you everywhere. Got hit by a car, very very sad moment for the whole family.
Last but not least for my family cats, Mittens.Followed my sister and her group while they were camping, felt bad and took him in. He had an extra thumb on his front paws. Had him for a few years, but also got his by a car. My poor younger sister was devastated and held his dead body for hours in the rain.

Now I've got two cats with my roommates. Funny story, when I wasn't living with them, they were leaving for a few months, and gave me their cats to keep. Then we ended up living together, so they got their cats back, and I got to keep them.
There's Mao and Zelda. Both fat, needy and attention whores, but we love them. They meow constantly and always eat, but offer great companionship. They make us happy.

3 Birds

Amigo, a green budgy, was given to my mother for Valentine's day. He was cute, and would sing when you swung your fingers like a conductor in from of him. Had him for ages, but died of a tumor.
Coco was a white budgy my mom found outside when we came back from a trip. 2nd bird we found outside actually, but we found the first bird's owner. Found him dead in the bottom of the cage one day. :(
And Ozzie, the cockatiel. I didn't really like her. She was always squawking at me, and wasn't very nice. But she loved my mom and was always on her shoulder.

Damn, that was long. I love pets. I couldn't live wihtout them. I was going to make an actualy entry, but too lazy now. :P

Hi hi. Thanks for those who commented on the last entry, and who added me to their "neighbourhood", it's appreciated.

Ended up doing a shitload of cleaning yesterday with the roommates. Haven't seen my place this clean in a while! We even moved the fridge and stove. And let me tell you...it wasn't a pretty sight. I won't even go into details, that's how gruesome it was. Anyways, we're happy, the cats are happy, and so are the floors. They smiled at me this morning, shinning. It was fun.

Damn, just talked to my boyfriend, and he's super sick :( He has to go to the hospital. I'm heading back to Ottawa either tonight or tomorrow to be with him. I'm worried. I feel so helpless.

So this is Vox, eh? I've been away from the 'scene' for a while, and figured this would be the easiest way to get back in it. For the simple fact that it's so...simple! I've lost my touch when it comes to coding, I needed something that only needed me to type in a few words and names here and there, and voila! Done.

I'm supposed to be at work today. I actually went. But didn't feel too hot, not that I couldn't have worked, but I just didn't feel like it. So I'm back home. In any case, I never have any days off, so I deserve this. And I hate my job.

Well, that pretty much resumes my day. Cyaz later!
